Is WhatsApp included?
No. You connect your own provider — Gupshup, Zenvia, Twilio, 360dialog, Meta Cloud API or a custom webhook. EzFlows is the orchestration layer for your flows, templates, logs and rules; it isn’t a WhatsApp provider.
Do you build the flows for me?
EzFlows is self-service. You start from templates, connect your channels and build your own flows. We provide examples and docs — but we’re not an implementation agency.
I already use n8n, Make or Zapier. Why EzFlows?
That’s exactly why EzFlows exists. Generic automation tools are great for building flows — but once you manage multiple clients, message templates, approvals, failures and communication rules, things get messy fast.
